I purchased these boots and thought they looked small. I contacted the company and they were outstanding with customer service. The boots are very well constructed and my granddaughter is going to flip out come Christmas day. She loves “tinker bell” and she loves wearing boots. She is two. I venture to say she will never take them off. Back to the boots. They have a very solid rubber sole that is good for support, sealed tightly, so I would assume no leaking. This has been my best find yet this Christmas season. I will do business with this vendor over and over again.

Great boots!
I bought these boots for my Grandson and he LOVES them. Durable, fun boots that he can slip on by himself. They were such a hit that I had to buy a pair for his little brother too. True to size. Slightly less than mid-calf on a 2-3 year old.
My son loves these boots
My 3-year-old would wear these every day if I let him. I got the raincoat to match and he looks super cute – loves the eyes on the boots and the spikes on the raincoat. Also, both are fully functional for really wet weather – we live in Oregon.
Dinosaur boy loved them!

great boots, sizing not so great
These are great boots. My daughter outgrew her frog version and asked for butterfly boots next. The sizing is not so great. She is size 10, and the boots flop around on her alot and can fall off, but I dare not get the size smaller for fear she will outgrow them half way through the season.

Very cute, but smelly!
My daughter and I love her new ladybug rain boots! They’re very cute, seem true to size for us, and perfectly match the Kidorable raincoat (I know, no surprise there). The only complaint I have is they smell terrible!!! I guess I haven’t purchased rubber rain boots before — not for myself, and this is my daughter’s first pair. And I don’t recall my rain boots as a child smelling SO bad. But my family tells me it’s normal, so not a reason for others not to buy. Just prepare yourself to leave them outside to air out for a few days.
