Great Boots
These boots are the exact kind of quality and classic styling one expects from Doc Martens. The print on the canvas on one of my boots is offset by about 2mm, but no one would really notice that. It’s also important to note that, as the shaft is covered canvas, these boots are NOT COMPLETELY WATERPROOF. Otherwise, a cute and well-made pair of boots to snazz up rainy days

Perfect seasonal boots
As with all Dr Marten’s they are very good quality. Unlike the lace up ones though they are very difficult to get into if you have a high arch. There is NO give, you just have to work it. Once they’re on though they are VERY comfortable. I would wear them in the rain w/o fear of sliding (we have lots of brick walks here) and even in light snow. Nice to have an option that isn’t brightly colored rubber.

Funky boots but not rain shoes
These boots are super fun but, unfortunately, not waterproof as you might expect. If that’s not your main requirement then go for it. They fit just as well as Doc Martens shoes do (same size, etc.) so if you have a pair you know what size to order.

Dr. Marten’s Unisex Original 20 Eye Boot W A ZIPPER!
I cannot understand why they call this a womans bot since is is almost identical to the Dr. Marten’s Unisex Original 20 Eye Boot, but with a side zipper. So what if they are in women’s sizes. Just go up 2 sizes for guys and dont be afraid of someone laughs at you (They will never know unless you tell them). I wear these EVERY DAY, and get nothing but compliments form them. Word of advice: When you first get them, use warmed liquified mink oil inside on the dry leather and wear them every day. In 1 month they will feel like part of your leg. Great boot, very very rugged. I am going to get a pair of the red ones to go with my black jeans.

always a great choice.
I’ve been wearing Doc’s since 1994, and they never disappoint me. These are no exception. I got the cherry red because they look just like my old pair of “oxblood” colored ones. I love that they’re being made with zippers now for easy on and off. I normally wear a women’s 10, and that’s what I ordered in these. The fit is perfect, they didn’t run too big or too small on me, I’ve been wearing this size in docs with no issues since 94:) They’re very comfy right from the start, but once the leather breaks in I know they’ll be even more amazing. My calves are pretty small, but with the lacing you can make these boots much looser to fit larger calves. I lace them all the way tight and they’re perfectly snug. I am definitely going to buy some other colors.

Love these boots
These are made of the traditional leather that Doc’s come in -so they are a bit stiff at first, but damn – 20 eyelet Red Doc’s!! Awesome ans I get compliments on them every time I wear them – and they have been awesome in the snow

Nothing better on the market
Some people scoff, they say $100 + for boots, no way, too expensive! I have been wearing DR’s for 10 years, and nothing else. Why? Because nothing holds up like DR. Martins.

Oddly my first pair ever fell apart after a couple of weeks, the stiching just fell out, but I exchanged them and have never had that problem since.

The average pair last me 2 – 3 years of everyday, non-stop wear. I where them all year around, on the sales floor, wharehouse or office, and everywhere I go. They will not come apart!

I only get new ones when the old ones look worn and stretched, and when the soles start to wear smooth (14 – 18 months of 8 – 14hr / day wear, seven days a week!) and then I keep the old pair for another 14 – 18 months for working outside or any dirty job I have to do where I don’t want to damage my good pair.

I got married in DR. Martins, pollished with a new double-breasted suite! They look great with everything! Jeans, cargos, Dress clothes, shorts! I bought my wife a pair of dress sandles nearly three years ago, they still look like brand new!

These boots are forever.
