Love these! The lining is luscious, and the outer is sturdy. It feels like you’re walking around town in your slippers. And so cute! I couldn’t be happier. But definitely buy the next half size up. I wear an 8.5, and the size 9 fits perfectly. Also, I’ve already worn them once in the snow, after waterproofing with Scotchguard, and they did very well. But I probably wouldn’t wear them in deep powder, because I wouldn’t want to risk them. Don’t pay twice as much for Uggs. These are just as cozy and made of the same stuff. I’m getting another pair!

I love these boots! I wear a 7 1/2 and bought a size 7 and they fit perfectly. The “size down” recommendation if you wear a half size is accurate. I often have trouble putting on boots, but because these open up in the back they are very easy to slip on. The ties may be a hassle if you take your boots off frequently during the day. The boots are warm and very comfortable.

Very cute boots
These boots are very cute – I always get compliments on them. A few things to note, the fur lining is not throughout the boot, there’s some at the top (of course), none on the calf, but then some for cushioning for your foot. Also, although many people said they run big and you should buy a smaller size, I’d have to disagree. I originally bought them a size smaller and ended up having to return them. I find them true to standard sizes.

Boots for big feet and these actually work I LOVE EM ALREADY!!
I spent days looking for boots and I finally settled on these with the assumption if they didn’t fit I could send back and pay a restock fee and continue to look. I am NOT sending them back =) My problem is I have always had big feet and since my pregnancies I now have wide big feet with constant ingrown toe nails that make finding comfortable shoes almost impossible. I have bought size 11 shoes before but after doing several shoe sizers it seems I am actually a 11.5 possibly even a 12. I searched everywhere for a boot that I could wear for work plus had enough grip and warmth for our Idaho weather. On top of my requirements I am due to have my 3rd child in March and so needed something comfortable and definitely secure, loved the look of heals but knew I would hate them come month 9.

I ordered a pair of these in black as they were the only ones they had in size 11. Looked around on other sites and these were by far the cheapest for my possible size. When they came I tried them on and I will admit they were extremely tight but I figured it was because the sheepskin fur inside goes all the way down the boot. When I first put them on I could not do the top 2.5″s up but I waited about 20 mins and tried again as I could see the material would stretch around my calf (which at the very top of the boot is about 16.5″, which is about 1.5″ below the thickest part of my lower leg), they did do up, it seems the fur inside just had to flatten a little. The foot area still felt quite tight but loosened off very nicely but was still snug and secure. Several people commented on a sharp/pointy part at the inside ankle which I could feel for about the first 1hr of wearing them but it just disappeared so think it is just the material and I never even got so much as a red mark on my ankle.

I walked around in them, tried pushing my feet forward as normally this is a problem for me but they were very snug. If I pushed directly down on the toe I could feel the end of the shoe but walking and sitting I am about 1/2″ away from the end. The toes are surprisingly spacey, especially for someone like me that gets aggravated toes if they get crushed. I have now worn them in the house for the last 4 hrs, have cooked dinner, cleaned up and dealt with a 3 and 2 yr old running back and forth threw the house and have not had any problems. They are super warm and so so so comfy!! The calf has already loosened up enough that I can get 4 fingers in at the top. I will mention I am wearing thing socks, which is what I planned on wearing anyway. They do feel so warm I don’t think I would need thick socks anyway.

Another pointer I like is that my feet actually look small, well small for me. Some boots at this size can look like boats if they are thin at the ankle then the long foot but these are tight enough at the ankle to stop them sliding yet look much smaller then my other shoes. They are not at all heavy or bulky but do have a large amount of grip on the bottom, I have not been stopping around like I normally do in boots like this they are very easy to move my feet around and point my toes. They are still quite tight so I do wonder if I swell later in pregnancy they might get too snug but we will have to wait and see, I think by that point they will have relaxed a little more.

the only down side I could potentially see is that the zipper is a little flimsy, I could see it had already started bending but that could have been from pulling too much before the boot had relaxed

cozy and comfy
These boots are great for cold weather. Don’t wear them with socks and you are still warm and cozy. It’s like walking around in slippers all day but with a rugged sole that can stand icy walkways and snow drifts.

Only complaint is they do not come in half sizes so could feel a little big if you have to order the next size up.

definitely worth it
Warm, warm, warm and comfy, comfy, comfy is how I would describe this boot. The only reservation I have is that Bearpaws don’t come in half sizes (I’m a 8.5) so I got the 9 instead which I feared was a little big, it didn’t really grip my ankles. But after wearing them, they grew true to my foot and I love them! Even though I wanted this same boot in black and could not for the life of me find it in black, I’ve come to embrace these soft colors. They go with almost any color combo and they’re just so sleek and comfy and warm.. warm and comfy get em!

Warm and toasty
Love these boots they look like a more expensive brand for the money you cannot beat these awesome boots very comfy. I put leather protectant on them and they still look brand new. My favorite boots.

Love these comfy boots!
I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to the Uggs sweater boots, and this seemed to be the closest where I could wear them pulled up or folded down. I’ve been really happy with these, and actually like them better than the Uggs, since they actually stay up and don’t sag as much as the Uggs do. They’re lined with sheepskin inside the foot part, so they’re very warm, and the sole is actually sturdier than I expected. I had read that these shoes run small, so since I’m a true 6.5, I got a 7, and it’s a perfect fit. 6 would definitely have been too small. There were some pieces of fuzz and threads hanging off the boots when I first got them, but I trimmed them and brushed them off and it was fine. They’re really cute!!

Run small, comfy, good quality
Great boots. Buy these, not the Ugg sweater cardy’s

For comparison: I own 2 pairs of UGG boots, the Costco copycats, and now these. The quality of these meets and/or exceeds that of the original UGG boots. As the reviewer above stated, the soles are solid. There is not a lot of structure to this boot style- there is the sole and the back ankle suede to give it some shape, but other than that- it is very much like a sock attached to a sole. I think this boot is great for around the house and casual wear.

Sizing: They definitely run small. I am a 6.5/7 shoe and the size 7 has my toe rubbing tip of the boot. If Amazon allowed for reinstatement of promo offers, I would have sized up. Since they do not, I will hope that the fur lining settles down like other shearling boots. I have skinny calves and often have a hard time finding boots with a calf circumference small enough- while these are still loose, they stay up enough to achieve the slouchy look.

Comfort: soft footbed. Has as much padding as standard UGG boots (that is to say- not much beyond the fur). No arch support. Initially the suede ankle cup on one of them curved in and cut into my ankle, but after taming the sharp edge with a nail-file it has stopped doing that. For keeping warm- probably not in the wind, there is not much in the way of lining- I do not consider this to be an all-weather boot by any means.

Love these boots!
Love these boots. They are so comfy. They were true to size for me. Someone mentioned to use waterproof spray on them which I still need to do. I like to wear them folded down more then straight up. Look great over jeans, leggings and under sweatpants.
